Business cards and gift cards printed on 20pt frosted plastic stock from Clubcard Vancouver are printed in full colour on one side of the stock, allowing you to design in ways that use light and shadows to enhance your cards.
Frosted plastic business cards are super sturdy and very durable, making them ideal for anyone in the outdoor and marine sectors. Print as a standard 2" x 3.5" size, oval business cards, and 2.5" square cards - let's get creative!
Clubcard Printing offers plastic business cards, all with 18" rounded corners in the following sizes:
- 2.5" x 3.5" Standard business card
- 1.5" x 3.5" Slim Business card
- 1.75" X 3.5 Skinny Business card

- 2.5" x 2.5" square card
Please note that these plastic cards are 20 points thick which is a little thinner than most credit cards which are typcially 30 points thick.
Colour critical work is not a good fit plastic card printing These cards are printed on substrates that do not interact with ink in the same manner as paper based card stocks. Due to the shared club run print method used to produce plastic cards we are not able to print physical colour proofs.

Colour on plastic substrates will not match standard colour swatches or the same colours printed on paper or card stocks.
- CMYK + white ink is not available on this stock
- Art and text printed on clear and frosted stocks will appear semi-transparent as inks are not opaque.
- Dark solid colours are best on clear and frosted stocks.
- We suggest our white plastic stock for the most vibrant colour reproduction.
