Clubcard Vancouver prints mounted signs on your choice of weatherproof matte or reflective vinyl stock in sizes that range from 6" x 6" to 36” x 48" so every sign large or small for indoor or outdoor use is easy to order.

 

Your signs are printed super fast and mounted on your choice of rigid board stocks on white, matte vinyl or reflective vinyl, ideal for high visibility and nighttime signs and interior exit or hazard signs.

 

We mount your signs on:

4mm Corrugated Plastic Board
Waterproof and lightweight, this white 4mm thick plastic board is great for outdoor use like sandwich boards and exposed signage.

4.75mm Foamcore Board
For indoor use, this white paper-faced foam board is lightweight and great for in-store signs, trade show displays, big presentation checks and easel displays. 

 

Please note: We are unable to ship mounted signs via Canada Post or UPS. 

Treat Foamcoare and Corrugated Paperboard with Care

These substrates can be damaged easily - care must be taken to avoid poking or crush damage.

Coroplast Has a Texture

The corrugated flute structure of coroplast results in a subtle lines on the product's surface. This is noticeable on the finished product.

Coroplast Flute Direction

To minimize waste, we may mount your coroplast projects in either flute direction. If you require a particular direction for your project, please make a note in the comments when placing your order.

Be Sure to See a Proof

We strongly recommend seeing a printed proof of your artwork. Due to the nature of the latex printing, some colours have a grainy appearance. Requesting and viewing a proof is the only way to preview and be sure you are okay with the results prior to printing. Any projects ordered without a proof will not be eligible for a reprint due to colour or quality expectations.

Designed for Indoor Use

These signs are designed to be used indoors. If you must use one outside, we recommend the coroplast as it is the most durable. Foamcore and corrugated paper board are paper based and will breakdown when wet.

Technical Specifications + Templates

Bleeds: ensure that you have 0.5" on all edges of your artwork.
Live Area: keep important text and artwork not meant to be trimmed 1/4" inside from the edges
Color: supply artwork in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be automatically converted and may not print as expected)
Resolution: 150 DPI minimum resolution
Fonts: live text should be converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept font files)
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG
