We ship using Canada Post, UPS with several levels of service across Canada.
We also offer a Local Courier service within the Lower Mainland.
All shipments are F.O.B. Orders ship free of defects from Clubcard and once picked up by the carrier, liability for damage, loss or delay is transferred from Clubcard to the carrier. Damage or Delay During Shipping: If your order is delayed in transit, Clubcard may require several days to remedy the situation with the shipping company. As ownership of goods is transferred from Clubcard to you once the shipment leaves our facilities, Clubcard will not be responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping and will not be liable for claims of loss of business or any damages due to shipping delays or for damage caused in shipping.
We offer "Route Insurance" as an optional way to cover loss, theft or damage of your your order for about 2% of the subtotal of your cart. Route generally resolves claims on the same business day. We strongly suggest purchasing this insurance as most carriers limit compensation for lost, stolen or damaged items to $100 and their resolution process can take several days or weeks to resolve.

Local Courier - 6 Hour Service
Delivery with 6 hours, during delivery hours of 9am and 5pm. Only available within the Lower Mainland.
