White plastic postcards are printed on very thick and sturdy 20pt white plastic stock in full colour on one side or both sides. Plastic postcards are sized at 4" x 6" or 4.25" x 6" with rounded corners as well as an 8" x 2" bookmark size.
The opaque white plastic stock is well suited to many durable and sturdy applications including outdoor and marine environments. It's true, plastic can be quite fantastic.
Please note that colour critical work is not a good fit plastic card printing These cards are printed on substrates that do not interact with ink in the same manner as paper based card stocks. Due to the shared club run print method used to produce plastic cards we are not able to print physical colour proofs.
- Colour on plastic substrates will not match standard colour swatches or the same colours printed on paper or card stocks.
- Dark solid colours are best on clear and frosted stocks.
With these factors in mind we are not able to offer refunds or discounts for issues related to colour reproduction. You acknowledge these factors when placing your order.
Can I Print On Both Sides?
Yes! This product can be printed on both sides
Can I Add Foil Or Spot UV?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer this option at the moment.
Can I Get A Magnetic Strip On This Item?

Can I Get Square And/Or Change Radius Of Corners?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer this option at the moment.
Can This Be Die Cut?

Technical Specifications + Templates
Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colours: supply your files in CMYK colour (Pantone/RGB colours will be converted or rejected)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
