Your artwork is printed in full colour on durable 13mil anti-curl block out vinyl to ensure a smooth, professional display without edge curling or transparency. Whether used as a backdrop or a promotional display, your graphics will look sharp, vibrant and photo-op ready.

The premium hardware features a black powder coated aluminum base with adjustable feet for stability on uneven surfaces. The roll-up mechanism is easy to operate, and the banner retracts smoothly into the base when not in use. A three-piece support pole with internal bungee cord stores neatly inside the unit for fast setup and takedown.

This ultra wide retractable banner stand includes a convenient canvas carrying bag for easy transportation. It is designed for indoor use only, as it is lightweight and not wind resistant.

Clubcard Vancouver backs your retractable banner stand hardware with a 30 day limited warranty. If the retractable mechanism fails under normal indoor use during this time, we will replace the unit at no cost. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear on the banner material or cosmetic damage caused by regular use.

We recommend cycling the banner mechanism weekly if it is left on display for long periods. Leaving this banner up at all times may lock the roll mechanism. 

For Indoor Use Only

This banner stand is recommended for indoor use only and is not suited for windy, wet or outdoor conditions that could damage the banner material or stand mechanism.

Not Meant for Permanent Display

Retractable banner stands are not meant for permanent display and should be rolled down into the case when not in use or the mechanism may lock up.

Banner Cannot Be Changed

We are unable to change the banner after our retractable banner stands have been assembled. If you are looking to update the graphics on a stand at any point down the road, you should consider our L-Stands or X-Stands instead.

Don't Get too Close to the Edge

Make sure artwork doesn't extend too close to the top or bottom edges. Approx 3/4" of the top edge will be covered by the metal bar and 3/4" on the bottom will be inside the base of the stand. This is shown on the templates to help you design accurately.

Set up and Take down Slowly and with Care

Keep a good grip on the banner bar when rolling up or down as the mechanism will retract rapidly and damage the banner if let go. Ensure you roll the banner up and down slowly and evenly on both sides to prevent ripping or tearing the banner material.

Visible Area: 59" x 79.5"
Bleeds: ensure that you have 0.5" on all edges of your artwork (no crop marks).
Live Area: note that 0.5" of the artwork top, and 2" of the bottom will be inside the stand assembly - please see the template for more information. Keep important text and artwork not meant to be trimmed 1/4" inside from the edges
Colour: supply artwork in CMYK colour (Pantone/RGB colours will be automatically converted and may not print as expected)
Resolution: 150 DPI minimum resolution
Fonts: live text should be converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept font files)
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG
