A-frame sandwich board signs are an essential tool in your marketing strategy as they literally get the word out on the street every day of the week. 

At Clubcard Vancouver, we know your sandwich boards need to hold up to the rain and sun so we make out our frames with powder-coated steel made for life on city streets.  We even rubber coat the handles so you don't need to be as tough! 

Your sandwich board sign order includes 2 inserts printed in full colour on matte or reflective vinyl that is applied to 4mil corrugated plastic. These inserts slide with ease into channels that make it a breeze to change your messaging.

Coroplast Has a Texture

The corrugated flute structure of coroplast results in a subtle lines on the product's surface. This is noticeable on the finished product.

To minimize waste, we may mount your coroplast projects in either flute direction. If you require a particular direction for your project, please make a note in the comments when placing your order.

Be Sure to See a Proof

We strongly recommend seeing a printed proof of your artwork. Due to the nature of the latex printing, some colours have a grainy appearance. Requesting and viewing a proof is the only way to preview and be sure you are okay with the results prior to printing. Any projects ordered without a proof will not be eligible for a reprint due to colour or quality expectations.

Technical Specifications + Templates

Bleeds: ensure that you have 0.5" on all edges of your artwork.
Live Area: keep important text and artwork not meant to be trimmed 1/4" inside from the edges
Color: supply artwork in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be automatically converted and may not print as expected)
Resolution: 150 DPI minimum resolution
Fonts: live text should be converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept font files)
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG
