Print as few as 10 bookmarks on this 18pt coated one side cardstock printed on our state-of-the-art digital printing press which is ideal for rush bookmark printing of 10 to 5,000 bookmarks.
Many people like a coated one side stock bookmark as you can write on the uncoated side but still get a pop of colour on the coated side. Photos and artwork look wonderful on the coated side while the uncoated reverse has a more muted appearance. This 18pt C1S card stock is sturdy. Its coated and uncoated sides allow you to design as you please and take advantage of 2 stock finishes in 1.
Order your bookmarks today and we'll have them ready fast for pick-up at our shop in Vancouver or shipped to you anywhere you need them.
Can I Get A Colour Proof For 18pt Coated 1 Side Cards?
If you are concerned about colour, be sure to request a printed proof for this product. This gives you a chance to see how the colours and finish turns out before we print your project.
Will Gradients Show Banding On 18pt Coated 1 Side Cards?
Sometimes gradients aren't as smooth in print as they are on screen. Request a printed proof when placing your order so you can see first hand how it will turn out prior to production.
Is There Colour Variation On Solid Blue?
For great blue results, we recommend a 30% difference between your Cyan and Magenta levels to ensure a nice rich dark blue, rather than purple.
Can 18pt Coated 1 Side Cards Have Frayed edges?
It is common to see "frayed / rough edges" on uncoated stocks, especially with ink coverage that extends to the edge of the cards. When a stock is not coated the fibers can break loose when trimmed. Choosing a coated or laminated card will help avoid this issue.
What Is The Difference Between Digital Toner And Offset Ink?
As with all digital printing, we use a dry polymer based toner, which sits on top of the stock instead of soaking into the stock like a traditional ink. So using full/heavy coverage will cause the stock to look slightly shinny and will give a similar appear to a coated stock. We recommend the uncoated stock for artwork that uses minimal ink coverage and allow the stock to show through. If using solid fills and heavy coverage, the C2S is probably going to be a better option.
