White Stipple Rack Cards 24pt - Clubcard Printing Canada

Print elegant rack cards with a subtle pebble-like texture on 24pt thick stipple stock. Clubcard custom prints your rack cards In Canada in full colour on Classic Crest 165lb stipple textured double-thick card stock.

Stipple card stock is a sophisticated textured stock ideal for special moments in life such as weddings, anniversaries and celebrations with a tactile surface that entices the sense of touch.

These 24pt stipple textured rack cards are printed on the Hewlett Packard Indigo press for consistent and accurate reproduction of your art every time you print.

Full Ink Coverage Not Recommended. Full coverage (aka floods of ink) on uncoated stocks are not recommended on this Indigo printed card stock.  We use a liquid suspended based toner on this print method and the overall result of covering uncoated stocks in this toner will produce a low sheen instead of a matte appearance.  Heavy coverage may also highlight the appearance of natural fibres on uncoated stocks.  If your art / design includes heavy ink coverage and you want cards with a matte appearance, we recommend one of our laminated stocks.

Can I Use Heavy Coverage On Stipple Cards?

Heavy ink coverage can be problematic. When the cards rub together, the ink can rub off. Heavy coverage makes this more apparent. This can also be an issue for corner rounding, so we generally advise clients with heavy coverage not to round corners.

Can I Use Small Fonts On Stipple Cards?

The minimum recommended text size is 6pt. With any small text, if grey use a black ink only version; if Black, use 100% K.

Can I Use Thin Lines On Stipple Cards?

Anything thinner than a hairline stroke (0.25") - even at 100% K may look choppy when printed due to Indigo print resolution.

Is Indigo Resolution Different From Offset?

There is a screen to the Indigo print which customers should be aware of if they're comparing to traditional offset printing.

What Is The Minimum Line Thickness For Stipple Cards?

Try to keep all line weights for graphics over 0.5pt. Anything under that can break up in the texture of the stipple.

What Colours Should I Use For Small Elements?

When working with small elements like lines or text, a simpler colour build is best to avoid misregistration. For example, 0/0/0/90 is a much better build than 20/20/20/40.

What Application Is Stipple Card Stock Good For?

The finely stippled textured stock lends itself well to many applications like wedding invitations, business cards or graphics that are minimal (with lots of negative space).
