White Stipple Postcards 24pt - Clubcard Printing Canada

There’s something special about these mega thick 24pt postcards printed on Classic Crest Solar White Stipple textured stock, these uncoated postcards have a pebble like textured surface that evoke an understated elegance with a tactile feel.

These cards are printed with pride in Canada.

These postcards are printed in full colour on the Indigo offset press with rush 2 day or standard 4 business day print times. This option is ideal for postcards that require colour consistency on every card and future re-orders.

These stipple textured postcards are favoured by wedding planners and artisans alike to portray a message that speaks a language of it's own.

Full Ink Coverage Not Recommended  Full coverage (aka floods of ink) on uncoated stocks are not recommended on this Indigo printed card stock.  We use a liquid suspended based toner on this print method and the overall result of covering uncoated stocks in this toner will produce a low sheen instead of a matte appearance.  Heavy coverage may also highlight the appearance of natural fibres on uncoated stocks.  If your art / design includes heavy ink coverage and you want cards with a matte appearance we recommend one of our laminated stocks.

Can I Use Heavy Coverage On Stipple Cards?

Heavy ink coverage can be problematic. When the cards rub together, the ink can rub off. Heavy coverage makes this more apparent. This can also be an issue for corner rounding, so we generally advise clients with heavy coverage not to round corners.

Can I Use Small Fonts On Stipple Cards?

The minimum recommended text size is 6pt. With any small text, if grey use a black ink only version; if Black, use 100% K.

Can I Use Thin Lines On Stipple Cards?

Anything thinner than a hairline stroke (0.25") - even at 100% K may look choppy when printed due to Indigo print resolution.

Is Indigo Resolution Different From Offset?

There is a screen to the Indigo print which customers should be aware of if they're comparing to traditional offset printing.

What Is The Minimum Line Thickness For Stipple Cards?

Try to keep all line weights for graphics over 0.5pt. Anything under that can break up in the texture of the stipple.

What Colours Should I Use For Small Elements?

When working with small elements like lines or text, a simpler colour build is best to avoid misregistration. For example, 0/0/0/90 is a much better build than 20/20/20/40.

What Application Is Stipple Card Stock Good For?

The finely stippled textured stock lends itself well to many applications like wedding invitations, business cards or graphics that are minimal (with lots of negative space).

Proofing Will Delay Production Timelines

Orders with proofs will not begin print production until the proof is approved. If you are ordering rush printing and printed proofs the proof printing cannot be rushed.

PDF Layout Proofs: PDF layout proofs will be sent within 1 business day, rush orders will be given priority and sent asap during business hours. If file adjustments are required after the proof is sent the turnaround time is based on the time of final proof approval.

Printed Proofs | Photos of Proofs | Mailed Proofs: Printed proofs and photos of printed proofs require up to 4 business days to produce and cannot be rushed. If file adjustments are required after the proof is sent the turnaround time is based on the time of final proof approval.
