White Stipple Business Cards 24pt - Clubcard Printing Canada

Looking for a thick uncoated business card with texture, substance and depth? The charm of these mega thick cards is in the 165lb Double Thick Classic Crest Solar White Stipple textured stock. Equivalent to a 24pt uncoated weight, the stipple texture finish has a subtly pebbled surface. These high-end business cards with a tactile surface evoke an understated feel of elegance.

Your thick 24pt stipple textured business cards are printed in Canada in full colour with the Indigo offset press with rush 2 day or 4 day printing times making this a sure choice for projects that demand colour consistency and tight deadlines.

When your message is subtle yet sturdy, stipple textured business cards speak your language. We feel that!

Full Ink Coverage Not Recommended  Full coverage (aka floods of ink) on uncoated stocks are not recommended on this Indigo printed card stock.  We use a liquid suspended based toner on this print method and the overall result of covering uncoated stocks in this toner will produce a low sheen instead of a matte appearance.  Heavy coverage may also highlight the appearance of natural fibres on uncoated stocks.  If your art / design includes heavy ink coverage and you want cards with a matte appearance we recommend one of our laminated stocks.

Can I Use Heavy Coverage On Stipple Cards?

Heavy ink coverage can be problematic. When the cards rub together, the ink can rub off. Heavy coverage makes this more apparent. This can also be an issue for corner rounding, so we generally advise clients with heavy coverage not to round corners.

Can I Use Small Fonts On Stipple Cards?

The minimum recommended text size is 6pt. With any small text, if grey use a black ink only version; if Black, use 100% K.

Can I Use Thin Lines On Stipple Cards?

Anything thinner than a hairline stroke (0.25") - even at 100% K may look choppy when printed due to Indigo print resolution.

Is Indigo Resolution Different From Offset?

There is a screen to the Indigo print which customers should be aware of if they're comparing to traditional offset printing.

What Is The Minimum Line Thickness For Stipple Cards?

Try to keep all line weights for graphics over 0.5pt. Anything under that can break up in the texture of the stipple.

What Colours Should I Use For Small Elements?

When working with small elements like lines or text, a simpler colour build is best to avoid misregistration. For example, 0/0/0/90 is a much better build than 20/20/20/40.

What Application Is Stipple Card Stock Good For?

The finely stippled textured stock lends itself well to many applications like wedding invitations, business cards or graphics that are minimal (with lots of negative space).
