Print coated card stock brochures fast on sturdy 15pt coated two sides card stock. This versatile brochure option is ideal for menus, product sheets, event programmes, service lists, promotional handouts, sales materials, information guides, retail inserts and premium marketing pieces that need more structure than standard paper brochures.
These brochures are scored for easy folding and supplied flat. Scoring creates a clean fold line and helps reduce cracking, but the brochures are not folded before pickup or delivery. They are supplied flat so you can fold them when needed.
Order as few as 10 card stock brochures with same day, next day or standard 2 to 3 business day production options. This is a flexible choice when you need a small quantity quickly, want to test different layouts or require multiple versions for different products, services, locations, events, menus or campaigns.
Popular sizes include 8.5" x 11" letter size, 8.5" x 14" legal size, 9" x 12" and 12" x 18". Choose a single score for a half fold brochure or two scores for a trifold or accordion fold brochure.
Custom sizes are also available, giving you more flexibility for unique brochure layouts, folded cards, oversized inserts, specialty promotions, packaging pieces and display materials. Choose a standard size or create a custom format that better suits your artwork, message or intended use.
Need more than one brochure design? No problem. You can split your order across multiple versions of artwork, making it easy to print different menus, service options, product details, maps, QR codes, event information, promotional offers or location specific content without committing to a large quantity of each design.
These card stock brochures are printed digitally in full colour on smooth 15pt coated two sides stock using a modern toner based printing process. The coated surface produces sharp text, vibrant colours and clear images, making it an excellent choice for designs that include photography, graphics and detailed product information.
For best results, add a printed proof to your order so you can review the colour, finish, score position, fold layout, size and stock before the full brochure quantity is produced.

The minimum recommended text size is 6pt. With any small text, if grey use a black ink only version; if black, use 100% K.
Anything thinner than a hairline stroke (0.25") - even at 100% K may look choppy when printed due to Indigo print resolution.
There is a screen to the Indigo print which customers should be aware of if they're comparing to traditional offset printing.
Don't use rich black on Indigo printing. 100% K will be just fine.
Heavy ink coverage can be problematic. When the cards rub together, the ink can rub off. This can be an issue for corner rounding so we generally advise clients with heavy coverage not to round corners.
Coated cards aren't ideal for writing on. If this is a big deal, check out our uncoated card stock options.
CMYK Process colours in the grey range and de-saturated images can shift in colour throughout the print run and may cause the greys to appear either cooler or warmer. For a neutral grey, we recommend converting all grey values and de-saturated images to true greyscale consisting of K (black) only values.
Depending on the colour value, you may experience colour variation in solid fills of blue. For great blue results, we recommend a 30% difference between your Cyan and Magenta levels to ensure a nice rich dark blue, rather than purple.
