Extra Wide Retractable Banner Stand 47 x 80 Inches

Maximize your visual impact with this extra wide retractable banner stand, measuring 47 inches wide by 80 inches tall. Your banner is printed on premium 10mil smooth vinyl for crisp details and vibrant colour reproduction. Whether you are displaying product features, brand visuals or promotional messages, this stand ensures your content looks professional and polished.

This roll-up banner stand is lightweight, easy to set up and includes a padded travel carry bag, making transport and storage convenient for events on the go. Use it to elevate your booth presence or enhance your retail environment with high impact messaging.

Each stand includes a 30 day hardware warranty covering the retractable mechanism. If it stops functioning properly under normal indoor use within this period, we will replace the hardware at no cost. Please note this warranty does not cover banner material wear or cosmetic damage from regular use.

For best results, retract and extend the banner at least once a week if it is left on display for extended periods. This helps prevent the mechanism from locking due to prolonged tension.

For Indoor Use Only

This banner stand is recommended for indoor use only and is not suited for windy, wet or outdoor conditions that could damage the banner material or stand mechanism.

Not Meant for Permanent Display

Retractable banner stands are not meant for permanent display and should be rolled down into the case when not in use or the mechanism may lock up.

Banner Cannot Be Changed

We are unable to change the banner after our retractable banner stands have been assembled. If you are looking to update the graphics on a stand at any point down the road, you should consider our L-Stands or X-Stands instead.

Don't Get too Close to the Edge

Make sure artwork doesn't extend too close to the top or bottom edges. Approx 3/4" of the top edge will be covered by the metal bar and 3/4" on the bottom will be inside the base of the stand. This is shown on the templates to help you design accurately.

Set up and Take down Slowly and with Care

Keep a good grip on the banner bar when rolling up or down as the mechanism will retract rapidly and damage the banner if let go. Ensure you roll the banner up and down slowly and evenly on both sides to prevent ripping or tearing the banner material.

Visible Area: 47" x 76"
Bleeds: ensure that you have 0.5" on all edges of your artwork (no crop marks).
Live Area: note that 1" of the artwork top, and 3" of the bottom will be inside the stand assembly - please see the template for more information. Keep important text and artwork not meant to be trimmed 1/4" inside from the edges
Colour: supply artwork in CMYK colour (Pantone/RGB colours will be automatically converted and may not print as expected)
Resolution: 150 DPI minimum resolution
Fonts: live text should be converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept font files)
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG
