Coil Bound Calendars - Clubcard Printing Canada

Custom printed 2026 coil bound calendars keep your name in front of clients every day of the year. Clubcard Vancouver prints your art in vibrant full colour on a variety of stocks in standard sizes from 6" x 6" square, 9" x 6", 8.5" x 7", 11" x 8.5" and 12" x 9" formats.

Coil colours we use black coils as standard for all orders. 

Not sure how to set up your Calendar for print? No problem, we can do that for you, just add our standard 2026 template to your order and our design team will set up a template for you! 

Need a custom size not listed?  No problem, just choose a size that will fit your artwork and be sure to tell us the custom size you want in the order comments.

Technical Specifications + Templates

Bleeds: all files must have a 1/8" bleed on each side.
Crop Marks: submit pages without crop marks or the order may be placed on hold.
Single Pages: submit artwork for booklets in single pages (either single files or as part of a multi page pdf) instead of spreads.
Spot White: Include a separate file/artboard with these elements coloured with Pantone Black to denote the special finishing. Alternatively, if you would like to include these elements in the same file, place these elements on a separate layer and coloured with a Pantone colour (typically Pantone Black) that denotes the Spot White.
Live Area: keep all critical text and artwork 1/8" inside the trim
Colours: supply your files in CMYK colour (Pantone/RGB colours will be converted or rejected)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Types Of Files We Accept: MAC & PC files from Photoshop (PSD), Illustrator (EPS or AI), CorelDraw (CDR or EPS), Adobe Acrobat PDF, TIFF or JPEG.
