Custom T-Shirt printing is back at Clubcard Vancouver with a new and very improved method of production known as DTF (Direct To Film) Printing.  This modern print method provides shirt printing quality that rivals the look, feel and durability of silk screen printing. 

We offer a range of Gildan and Next Level Apparel T-shirts in a variety of colours to print on including; 

Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirts with a heavyweight fabric providing structure and durability in a wide selection of colours. These tees are made with sustainably and fairly grown USA cotton with a tear away label constructed with a seamless double-needle 7/8" collar, taped neck and shoulders and.double-needle sleeves and bottom hem.

Next Level Apparel Unisex Cotton T-shirts are made with 100% combed ringspun cotton making this an ultra soft form-fitting tee for all. This casual vibe side-seemed t-shirt is available in an array of colours and has a 1x1 baby rib-knit set-in collar.

Technical Specifications + Templates

Bleeds: No Bleed Required.
Live Area: 3.5" x 5"  or  8" x 10"
Colours: supply your files in CMYK colour (Pantone/RGB colours will be converted or rejected)
Optional White Ink: indicate areas to print in white using CMYK value C0, M0, Y0, K0. Anything set to that value will print white. Any areas you want to be transparent (shirt colour), must be set as a transparent element (not a fill of C0, M0, Y0, K0)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Files Type: We prefer PDF files but we accept PSD, EPS, AI, CDR, TIFF or JPG.

Small Text / Thin Lines

For best results we recommend text with a font size larger than 12pt and lines thicker than 2pt.

White Ink

We back up all full colour artwork with a layer of white ink. This layer provides a neutral base to ensure your colours are more vibrant on dark fabrics. Clubcard will ensure this layer is print ready for you however If you would like to use white ink as part of your design (to fill in areas of your design) or print white only elements please be sure to supply an additional layer in your file as the white ink layer.

Files Need To Be Vector

Files need to be supplied in vector format. If you are unable to provide in that format, please contact us so we can give you options to move ahead with your project.
